Every garment is cut and sewn only after you order it. Production takes 4-5 business days, then it ships to you from our atelier in Europe.

We don't keep stock. Making a garment only once it's wanted means less waste, and it lets us give every piece the attention it deserves.

Everything is designed and handcrafted in our own atelier in Sofia, Bulgaria — from pattern to final stitch.

Our standard sizing runs XS to 3XL. If you don't fit within that range, we offer fully custom sizing by measurement, at no extra cost — the same price as a standard size.

Yes — reach out before you order and we'll help you find the right fit, or walk you through custom measurements. This is something our founder still does personally.

We'll send simple, guided instructions once you choose custom sizing at checkout. If anything is unclear, our team will walk you through it before production begins.

No. All of our clothing is made in Europe, and we cover any duties, taxes, or import fees for orders shipping to the United States — the price you see is the price you pay.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $250 USD. Express shipping is available at checkout through UPS, arriving roughly 3 business days after your order is produced.

Standard-size orders can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, through our local US warehouse — no need to ship back to Europe. Store credit never expires.

Custom or individually-sized orders are final sale, except in the case of a production defect — since each one is made specifically to your measurements.
