MINIMIZING CARBON FOOTPRINT

Being a sustainable fashion brand is not an easy job for small companies like ours. But any small steps are important to make the fashion industry less harmful to the planet. That's why some of our designs are made from surplus fabrics, mostly natural like linen, cotton or other plant-based materials.

All our models are handmade and exclusively, crafted with LOVE!
We are crafting our clothes according to the standards stated in our shop sizing chart We will also send you a measurement guide if you need one.
However, we can always make the clothing according to your personal dimensions and needs. For that all you need to do is to send us your detailed measurements so we can make sure that the model you purchased will fit you well.
We can customize some of the items and change the color, size, fabric, etc. We are custom making all items, in this case, please remember to leave your detailed measurements information when or after you place the order and please check your Shopify messages regularly to make sure there is a good communication.

ORDERS

Order processing times will vary by item type and availability. If there is a preorder item in your order, please note that your entire order will be mailed once all items are available for shipment. Please review our shipping FAQ and shipping policy page for more information on receiving your order.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, and JCB via Shopify Payments

Additionally, we accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay and Shop Pay.

We also accept payments via Klarna — For approved purchases, Klarna will split your payment into four interest-free installments! Please select Klarna on our payment page during checkout if you're interested.

We are unable to accept more than one payment method in our checkout process at this time.

To find the most accurate shipping and processing time for your order, please reference the shipping method you selected at checkout. You can log in to your EUG FASHION account to find the shipping method, including the total processing and shipping time for your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Our typical order processing time varies based on item, availability, preorder status, and current demand. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that orders placed during sales events may take longer to arrive. Please note that processing time does not include the additional time it will take to ship and deliver your package.

For standard delivery, all apparel orders to the US & Canada will automatically ship via DHL Express or ship domestically via USPS or FedEx, depending on availability. International apparel orders will automatically ship via DHL Express.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150! For all other orders, shipping costs vary by country, garment type, and quantity. You'll be able to preview the specific costs before you check out by adding the desired items to your shopping cart.

Yes! We ship Worldwide.

Some countries charge additional customs and duties, and customers are responsible for any such charges. We cannot send packages as gifts to avoid customs and duties charges. Thanks for your understanding!

We will send you your package's tracking number in a confirmation email once your order has shipped. You may also log in to your EUG FASHION account to view your order status page, as well as available tracking updates, and sign up for shipping notifications via Text or Facebook Messenger if desired.

SIZING

Sizing varies between our items, so we recommend using the size chart included in each listing to determine your best fit. We also include additional information within each description section in terms of fabric content, overall fit, and more to help inform your decision. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding sizing, fit, or design details.

We currently offer Standard sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL in most garments. We also offer CUSTOM SIZE or garment Customizations.

Yes, buying online can be tricky and sometimes a bit frustrating in terms of choosing the right size. We're here to help! Please use our contact form, or drop us a line at support@eugfashion.com with your questions.

We we’re happy to help provide some general advice-for example, our jersey and ponte garments are quite stretchy, so we usually recommend sizing down when in doubt.

We wish we could have you try our garments in person, but since this is not an option as of now, please send us a note and we'll do our best to guide you in the right direction.

BUST

Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.


WAIST

Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don't draw it too tight.


HIPS

Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.


INSEAM

Measure the length of the inner leg, from the top of the thigh to the ankle.

There is a large scale of colors and sizes that you can choose from. Even if you
see that something is not listed you can always write to us and check if we are
able to make it. We are capable to custom-make and adapt almost
every design to fit our customer's needs.

Returns

You have to send me an e-mail or a Shopify convo about eventual problems with your order up to 15 days after you've received the product. We would gladly make a FREE exchange or refund an item. The Return Must be made up to 15 working days after receiving the item. Items sent back to us after this period are not classified for a refund. Return Postage is at buyers cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. 

Personalized items cannot be returned. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted! The shipping cost are not refundable.

Orders placed from November 8th-December 31st are eligible for return or exchange until January 31st. Excludes clearance/items marked final sale. Happy Holidays!

US Returns & Exchanges: Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange to our US warehouse location in Philadelphia, PA, USA.

International Returns & Exchanges: For all countries outside of the US, you will be returning your items to Sofia, Bulgaria, EU, where our warehouse and atelier are located.

We will reimburse you within 5 business days of receiving your return. For exchanges, we will mail the replacement as quickly as possible, and will send you a note with the new tracking number.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us with a photo of the damage and information about the wrong item you received, as well as your order number, and we’ll take care of you!

SALES & DISCOUNTS

All items marked “Clearance” and or “End Of Season Sale” have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or style except for proved defect or wrong item. We understand that buying clearance items online can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to us before placing your order.
