RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
I. RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We accept Returns & Exchanges. Please note that the Acceptable Return Period is 15 calendar days from the delivery date. All items from EUG FASHION that are unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached are eligible for an exchange or return within 15 days of the Delivery Date.
1.Return Conditions:
Articles must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all security tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Exceptions to the Return Policy:
Custom orders are not refundable, due to their unique sizing and customization, unless there are exceptional conditions (proven defect).
Items on the CLEARANCE category are not refundable.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, except in cases of defect.
3. Exchanges and Store Credit:
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for another size or model, valid only once per order, subject to availability.
Store Credit: You can receive store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases in our store.
4. Refused Shipments:
If a customer refuses to accept the shipment and it is returned to our warehouse in Bulgaria, the customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and return shipping costs incurred during the return process.
If the shipment is refused at delivery but not returned to us, no exchange or store credit will be issued until the situation is fully resolved with the courier.
5. Exceptional Cases for a Monetary Refund:
Although we generally do not offer refunds, in exceptional cases and at our discretion, we may offer a monetary refund. This is offered only as a one-time goodwill gesture and is not part of our standard return policy.
6. Customers outside EU
For our customers in the USA, Canada, and other countries, our return policy will be adapted to comply with local regulations. However, we still offer exchange or store credit as the primary return options.
7. Customs Fees:
No customs fees are applied to orders that arrive from our European production atelier.

III. PAYMENT REFUND TIMING
Returns are processed immediately after they are received and checked. The Refunds in the form of STORE CREDIT will be provided as a COUPON CODE on your email immediately when receiving the returns. You can use in the store whenever you wish. If you wish to exchange for different size, you can return the garment and contact us via e-mail support@eugfashion.com. Once we receive the garment, it will be exchanged for the desired size and sent back to you, with the shipping cost covered by us. Every order is eligible for one free exchange.

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail regarding your enquiry within 48 hours, regardless please do contact us again.
Shipping costs are not subject to return.

GENERAL DELIVERY TERMS
Dear customers and friends,
We acclaim the importance of clear delivery terms and stay on schedules throughout seasonal campaigns but please note, listed Shipping refers only to courier’s mailing term.
Production time requires 5-6 days in addition, considering most of our designs are exclusively made on demand after being ordered, distinguishing from in-stock fashion retail.
Besides, all customised articles which we are so proud to offer, assume further tailoring and personal touch ups all considered to affect actual delivery.
As a brand committed to sustainable fashion, we operate with a fresh approach. Instead of maintaining a stock inventory, we create each piece as orders are placed, embodying a true reflection of conscious consumerism. While we do not normally encourage returns due to our strict adherence to environmental conservation, we certainly understand that exceptions occur. Should you need to exchange a garment or return an item due to a defect, we are here to assist.
