According to the new U.S. rules effective from August 29, all our shipments from our European warehouse are completely exempt from taxes, duties, and additional fees – you pay absolutely nothing beyond the order value!

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY



SHIPPING & TAXES (USA)

According to the U.S. regulations effective August 29, all orders shipped from our European atelier to the United States are delivered without additional customs duties or import taxes at the time of delivery.

You pay only the order value at checkout.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I. RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

Items must be:

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • with all original tags attached


II. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • Items must be returned in original condition


III. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Personalized items

  • Clearance items

Exception applies only in case of a confirmed defect


IV. EXCHANGES

  • One exchange per order is allowed

  • Exchange is subject to availability

  • We cover the shipping cost for the replacement item 1 time only


V. STORE CREDIT (NO CASH REFUNDS)

All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY

  • Store credit is added directly to your customer account balance

  • It is linked to your account/email

  • It is automatically available at checkout

  • It has no expiration date

We do not provide refunds to the original payment method


VI. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any incurred fees

  • No store credit or exchange is issued until the item is returned to us


VII. EXCEPTIONAL REFUNDS

In rare cases and at our sole discretion, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.

This is:

  • a one-time goodwill gesture

  • not part of our standard policy


VIII. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers outside the EU follow the same policy:
returns are handled via exchange or store credit only


IX. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Orders shipped from our European atelier are delivered without additional customs charges at delivery.

EUG Fashion is not responsible for:

  • delays

  • held shipments

  • courier-related issues
