The Cape Coat Cindy is cut from an off-white wool fabric covered entirely in black embroidery — a dense, intricate surface that makes the fabric itself the focal point. It is a premium, special-occasion material: the kind that is chosen first and then built around. The coat is unlined, which allows the embroidered wool to drape naturally rather than being held stiff by structure.

The silhouette is wide and cape-like — broad across the shoulders with a sweep that can be worn as a true cape or as a coat, depending on how the self-fabric belt at the waist is used. When belted, the shape pulls in and the volume falls around it. When left open, it drapes freely as a cloak. The sleeves are 3/4 length — wide and relaxed, ending just below the elbow — which reinforces the cape quality of the overall shape. The hem is asymmetric, adding a final editorial detail.

Not designed for cold winter — the unlined construction makes it a spring and autumn piece, worn over lighter layers.
