Every garment is cut only after you order it. Production takes 5 business days, then standard shipping is free and takes 7–10 days, or choose express via UPS, about 3 days after production. US customers never pay duties or import fees.
You have 15 days from delivery for a return for store credit or exchange through our US warehouse, nothing travels back to Europe.
Custom Size pieces are final sale unless there's a production error.
